Mayor's Open Door is held the first and third Friday of the month (with some exceptions) from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
No appointments are made in advance as it is on a "first come - first serve" basis. Citizens are given 10 minutes to discuss their issues privately with the Mayor. The Open Door on first Fridays are held in the Mayor's office at City Hall, and the third Friday Open Door events are "On the Road" at various locations around the community.
