Victoria BC – Dennis Stork, the man reported missing
earlier today by VicPD, has been located in downtown Victoria after a tip from
an astute member of the public.
Stork was noticed downtown by a member of the public who
promptly got ahold of VicPD. He was located by officers and taken back to the
Royal Jubilee Hospital for the assistance he needs.
VicPD would like to thank the media and members of the public who were on the lookout for Stork.
Victoria BC – VicPD is requesting the public’s
assistance in locating Dennis Stork, a 21-year-old Sooke man who has not been
seen since Friday, February 15th.
Stork left the Royal Jubilee Hospital Psychiatric Care
center at approximately 3 pm last Friday and has not been seen since. Officers
have been attempting to locate him, but to no avail. Stork does suffer from
issues surrounding mental illness and is required to be back at the Royal
Jubilee Hospital. There is currently a warrant for his apprehension.
Officers have been attempting to track Stork as the
investigation shows he may have been in downtown Victoria. Due to his
health concerns, officers and doctors are concerned for his well-being.
Stork is described as a Caucasian man, 5’11” in height and
weighing 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen
wearing a blue sweater and brown pants.
If you see Stork, please call your local police department
immediately so Stork can get the assistance he needs.
